1. Service Description

middlemen.gg provides an independent escrow service for transactions involving virtual goods only.

• Buyers send cryptocurrency to an escrow address
• Funds are temporarily held
• Funds are released to the seller once the buyer confirms delivery
• A 3% commission is charged on every completed transaction
• The commission may be paid by the buyer, the seller, or split between both, as selected by the users

middlemen.gg is not a marketplace, does not sell goods, and is not a party to the underlying transaction.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. User Accounts & Authentication

• Login is performed via email and one-time 2FA code
• No passwords are stored
• Users are responsible for maintaining access to their email
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your access to the Service

middlemen.gg is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from loss of email control.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate transaction details
• Confirm delivery only after receiving the agreed virtual goods
• Communicate honestly with transaction counterparties
• Comply with all applicable laws

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraud, scams, or deception
• Money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Chargeback abuse or coercion

5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

5.1 Finality of Transactions

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Once funds are sent to escrow, they cannot be reversed by middlemen.gg
• Users are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network

middlemen.gg is not liable for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• Incorrect blockchain networks
• User error in transaction execution

6. Escrow Process

• Funds are released only after buyer confirmation
• If the buyer does not confirm delivery, funds remain in escrow
• middlemen.gg may, but is not obligated to, assist in dispute resolution
• We do not guarantee outcomes of disputes

middlemen.gg acts solely as a neutral escrow intermediary, not an arbitrator or judge.

7. Fees

• A 3% commission is deducted from each completed transaction
• Fee responsibility is selected by the users (buyer, seller, or shared)
• Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed

8. No Custodial Relationship

• middlemen.gg does not operate as a bank, financial institution, or licensed custodian
• Funds are held temporarily for escrow purposes only
• No interest is paid on escrowed funds
• Users do not have deposit or investor protections

9. Anonymity & Data

• The Service is designed to be anonymous
• We do not collect or store personal data beyond technical necessity
• Users understand that blockchain transactions are public by nature

10. Service Availability

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, middlemen.gg shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Failed or disputed transactions
• User misconduct
• Delayed or incorrect delivery of virtual goods
• Blockchain network failures
• Force majeure events

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees collected for the specific transaction at issue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless middlemen.gg from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Disputes with other users

13. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by middlemen.gg, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
